Technology is advancing at an unprecedented pace, yet access to quality tech education remains deeply unequal. Work Smarter Philly closes that gap by bringing enterprise-grade Knowledge Management and AI literacy directly into Philadelphia communities, serving residents of all ages and backgrounds through practical, empowering education.
The Gap is Real
Philadelphia is a tale of two digital worlds.
Many residents associate AI with novelty apps and are unaware of its potential to improve daily life. Seniors are frequently excluded from digital programs. Youth in underserved communities have no exposure to KM as a career path. And communities sit on vast pools of untapped collective knowledge with no framework to organize, share, or leverage it.
Work Smarter Philly exists to change that.

Work Smarter Philly offers multiple pilot pathways designed to support a smooth, low‑risk introduction, allowing partners to experience the value of the initiative, gather meaningful feedback, and determine the best path for broader implementation.
Option 01
Pilot program (3–6 weeks)
A structured, time-bound pilot delivered at a single site. Provides a full experience of the Work Smarter Philly model, enabling organizations to assess impact, participant engagement, and operational fit before expanding.
Option 02
Three-session introductory series
A concise, high-impact introduction to the program's core concepts. Ideal for youth programs, senior centers, after-school programs, and workforce development cohorts.
Option 03
Youth or senior track pilot
Age‑specific programming tailored to the needs, schedules, and learning styles of youth or senior participants that integrates seamlessly into existing program structures.
Option 04
Single-site launch
For multi‑location organizations, begin at one branch, center, or campus. Additional locations added based on outcomes, capacity, and readiness. Reduces risk and supports sustainable scaling.
